1. Cancellation Order may be cancelled before we shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Damage Products
– If customers wish to request a refund for damaged products (Fertilizers & Pesticides), please contact us via email and our office handphone number within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photo and video evidence of the damage in your email. After reviewing your case, we will provide a one-to-one compensation.
– For plant seed refunds, if customers find that the seeds are not growing or have a low growing rate, please contact us via email and our office handphone number within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photo and video evidence showing the seed growth condition in your email. After reviewing your case, we will provide one-to-one compensation.
3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
